- Low Season (April 16 – Dec. 14), $1575 per week plus 12.5% hotel tax, 2 people
- High Season (Dec. 15 – April 15), $2100 per week plus 12.5% hotel tax, 2 people

- Minimum of 5 nights + $100 cleaning fee during low season
Main House plus Guest Cottage

Reservation / Payment Policy
Our rates are subject to Virgin Island tax and service fees. We require a 50% deposit to secure a reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be refunded only if the home is re-rented for the time cancelled. We do not provide a refund for travel delays unless it is due to the closure of the St Thomas airport. Because of this strict policy, we urge you to obtain Traveler’s cancellation insurance. Payment is by check or Paypal and should be made out to Margaret Pokorny (our on-island manager), and sent to P.O. Box 1437, St. John, VI 00831.
